The palm oil is the world's second largest edible vegetable oil, only ranking after soybean oil. At present, Malaysia and Indonesia is two largest palm oil producing countries in the world. Work flow of new technology palm oil plant:  
1. Fresh palm fruit bunch in palm oil plant: FFB means fresh palm fruit bunch. Palm oil fruit can be harvested all the year round. After cutting from palm trees, fresh palm fruit bunch must be processed within 2days. Or the acid value will be high and affect the final palm oil quality.
 2. Threshing section of palm oil plant: Threshing section is used to separate palm fruit seeds and the empty palm fruit bunch. 3. No steam sterilizing section of new technology palm oil plant:  This section is used to sterilize palm fruit, the difference between our new palm oil machines and traditional way is: No Steam, No cages; No sewage (No waste water);
 4. Crushing section of new technology palm oil plant: This section is mainly to crush the palm fruit, keep palm kernel the oil unbroken, and the crude palm oil is extracted easily and effectively. The palm kernel will be transported to nut polishing system.  
5. Palm fruit pressing section of palm oil plant: To extract the crude palm oil from the palm fruit; Low oil residual in palm cake. High quality cake, which can be made to animal feed. 6. Filter section of palm oil plant: The filter is used to remove the impurities in the crude red palm oil.  
7. Crude red palm oil-CPO 8. Refinery and fractionation section Advantages of palm oil plant:    
A: No steam sterilizing, less consumption, save energy;   
B: No sewage, no waste water treatment; Less space, less cost;   
C: Empty bunches or kernel to burn. Fully use of all materials during production.   
D: Palm Cake has low moisture content, can be directly used to process animal feed.   
E: Whole palm oil mill takes smaller place than traditional method;   
F: Generate electricity by the system itself, solve electricity problem.

Palm fruit threshing machine introduction:
Palm fruit threshing machine uses strong vibration to make separation of palm fruit from palm bunches. Raw materials after sterilization are sent to bucket elevator through damp car, and elevated into threshing machine. Palm fruit separates from bunches, sent to next section elevator through screw conveyor. Empty bunches through conveyor and charger, are transported to certain place for further treatment by car.

1. Cleaning section: It is used for removing the iron impurities, stone, fiber and pthers. These impurities are bad for machines, especial for the palm kernel oil expeller.
2. Crashing section: because the palm kernel is hard and big size, it is required to crash to smaller and even pieces. If once crashing can not reach the requirements, the second crashing is required.
3.Cooking section: It is used for heating and cooking the crashing materials, to make is suitable for pressing, doing like this can help final user get the maximum oil and good quality cakes.
4.Pressing section: we select the best quality oil press in domestic, it is improved on the base of YL series palm kernel oil expellers, the service life is more longer, the operation cost is low, and the cake is loose but not splintery, the most important is the oil residue is low.

5.Filtering section: after pressing, there are some oil dregs in the crude oil, after clarifying, we need to filter the crude oil to avoid to jam the oil pipes during refining processes.
Single palm kernel oil expeller machine: it is a single oil machine, it is very easy to operate and economic. It is quite suitable for process 100-350kg/h.

fresh palm fruit bunch are airtight sterilized in sterilizer, injecting direct steam (the pressure is 300KPa) to heat 60mins. The purpose is to prevent enzymes broken down, avoiding FFA content in oil further increase.

Oil palm fruits first carry out cooking before pressed, fruit sterilized must be re-heating for the soft pulp, and damage pulp cell structure. Then enter into continuous screw press for pressing.

Oil palm fruit pressed is divided into two parts: oil, water, solid impurities mixture and the press cake (fiber and nuclear). Oil, water, solid impurities mixture by the crude oil gutter inflow to oil purification
