Glory Oiltech (Henan Glory) completed the shipment of two complete 1TPH palm oil press lines to a long-term distributor partner in Angola on September 7, 2026.
Each line is designed to process 1 ton of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) per hour and includes fruit threshing, palm oil pressing, pre-filtration and final filtration.
The equipment was factory-tested, quality-inspected and checked against the packing list before dispatch.
1TPH Palm Oil Press Line Configuration
Each complete line includes four core machines and one centralized control unit.
Palm Fruit Threshing Machine
The motor-type palm fruit threshing machine separates fresh palm fruits from the bunches and prepares the fruits for the pressing stage.
1TPH Double-Screw Palm Oil Press
The double-screw palm oil press extracts crude palm oil from the threshed fruits.
The specified processing capacity is 1 ton of fresh fruit bunches per hour.
Vibrating Screen
After pressing, the crude palm oil passes through a vibrating screen for pre-filtration.
The screen helps remove fiber and larger impurities before the oil reaches the final filtration stage.
Hydraulic Plate & Frame Filter
The hydraulic plate & frame filter performs the final filtration stage to remove finer solids.
For this shipment, the filter is equipped with a gear oil pump and an independent control box.
Centralized Control Box
The centralized control unit controls the palm fruit threshing machine, double-screw palm oil press and vibrating screen from a single panel.
Why Was Motor-Type Equipment Selected for Angola?
The end-user’s site in Angola is already equipped with diesel generators.
Therefore, motor-type machines were selected so that the processing line could connect directly to the existing generator power system.
The voltage specifications for the shipment are:
- 380V three-phase, 50Hz for the main motor-driven equipment
- 220V single-phase, 50Hz for the control systems

Factory Testing Before Shipment
